What we were trying
Tournament organizers were stuck choosing between Eventbrite fees and a Venmo spreadsheet. We wanted a simple registration page where money goes straight to their Stripe or Square account.
What shipped
Event pages, an organizer dashboard, individual and team signup, capacity limits, Stripe Connect and Square, plus the draft-to-publish flow that turns on public checkout.
What we learned
Payments and webhooks are the hard part. If those work, the rest of the product has something to stand on.
