These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Catch Up: Voice Updates.

Acceptance
By creating an account or using Catch Up: Voice Updates, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The Service
Catch Up: Voice Updates lets users exchange private voice updates, listen to messages, and view AI-generated transcripts, summaries, and reply topics.
The app is for personal communication between people who know each other. It is not an emergency communication service.
Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- All activity under your account.
- Complying with laws and these Terms.
You may delete your account in the app.
Your Content
"Your Content" includes voice messages, text you enter, invite names, reports, and other content you submit.
You keep ownership of Your Content. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the app, including storing, transmitting, playing, transcribing, summarizing, and displaying Your Content to the people in your conversations.
You represent that you have the rights needed to send Your Content and that Your Content does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.
AI Features
The app may use AI systems to create transcripts, summaries, reply topics, detected questions, and important updates. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.
You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it. AI features are provided to help with memory and reply preparation, not as official records or professional advice.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the app to:
- Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, or impersonate others.
- Send unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Violate someone else's privacy or intellectual property rights.
- Spam, scam, or manipulate people.
- Interfere with the security, integrity, or operation of the service.
- Attempt to access accounts, conversations, or data you are not authorized to access.
We may remove access, restrict accounts, or investigate reports when we believe these Terms have been violated.
Blocking and Reporting
The app may provide controls to block or report conversations or users. Reports may include information needed to review the issue, such as account identifiers, conversation identifiers, timestamps, reason text, and related metadata. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information in reports.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. We do not sell your data or use your conversations for ads. Please review our Privacy Policy for details about what we collect and how we use it.
Paid Features
If Catch Up: Voice Updates offers paid features, pricing and payment terms will be shown before purchase. Paid service helps cover the cost of operating private infrastructure and AI processing.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for other users, or create legal or security risk for the service.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch Up: Voice Updates and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law rules.
